This fantastic holiday home is located in front of the sea and offers 3 bedrooms, to accommodate up to 6 people in the south of Gran Canaria. It is located on the top floor of the building which guarantees privacy, relaxation and the best views of the area.
Apartment Arguineguin MG/JM is a nice holiday property, it has a double room with a queen size bed, and other 2 bedrooms with single beds. It has 2 bathrooms, one of them complete with bathtub and the other with shower.
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, dishwasher, and utensils to make your holiday more peaceful and comfortable, its magnificent balcony is also equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal outdoors with the best views of the sea and the Arguineguin breeze.
They say that Arguineguín has the best climate in the world and although we cannot guarantee this 100%, we can assure you that spending a relaxing holiday in this beautiful flat facing the sea will not leave you indifferent.
Arguineguín has the heart, soul and charm of a fishing village. You won't need a car as the beach is just across the road, with natural pools of sand and rock. Supermarkets and countless restaurants are on hand along the promenade and on every corner.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential building, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 450 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A private parking space can be hired for a surcharge of 15,00 EUR per night upon request.

Fin og stor leilighet, med fantastisk beliggenhet ved stranda. Flott og stor balkong med panoramautsikt over havet. Overlevering av nøkler gikk helt knirkefritt, Marius var på plass når vi kom:-) Ren og velholdt leilighet med alt av utstyr. Ekstra pluss for at håndduker og store strandhåndklær var på plass. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake:-) <br/>

Arguineguin ist ein kleines Fischerdorf und liegt ausserhalb der Massentourismuszentren. Der Balkon hat einen Superblick auf den Atlantik und ist westseitig ausgerichtet. Frühstücke jeden Morgen mit dem Blick und du wirst es lieben. Komplettküche. Einkaufen Spar (Fisch) Gran Canaria liegt sehr weit südlich, deshalb meide die Sonne zwischen 13-16 Uhr Siesta. LSF 50 hilft nicht! Bei der Anreise, könnt ihr auch anrufen. Ist einfacher. Carlos + Team ist super! Im Appartment ist alles...auch Handtücher. Sollte man mal später aufstehen liegt ein kleiner Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Das beste Restaurant Patalavaca: Cabosuroeste (Gambas Garbadina + Aioli, Steak + papas + Mojo Rosso.) Sehr guten Sangria Patalavaca: Chamoriscan (neben Cabosuroeste) Den "echten" Sangria in Arguiniguin Restaurant Taste. Mietwagen ist in Gran Canaria günstig. Meine Empfehlung Topcar am Flughafen. Zuhause buchen. Strände: Patalavace, Anfi, Amadores, Tauro, Meloneras, Maspalomas. Mogan besuchen. Inselrundfahrt.

Stor lys og luftig leilighet i 3 etage med vest vendt balkong. 3 separate soverom og 2 baderom med dusj og toalett .Perfekt beliggenhet i centrum av Arguiniguin. Bade lagune rett over gaten og byens badestrand rett ved siden av. Vi kommer tilbake.
