This incredible villa built on a 7,500 square meter plot, is distributed in an open concept, with beautiful views and a fantastic private heated pool (with a supplement). It is located in a secluded environment offering absolute privacy and is surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
This accommodation offers luxury and elegance in all its rooms, although it has 3 huge bedrooms, this house has a capacity for up to 12 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 4 people in each room, complementing the traditional beds with high quality sofa beds.
A large kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances and utensils that will make your stay a comfortable and carefree experience. Two living rooms, a dining area, numerous balconies and panoramic views throughout the house which also has air conditioning and several private parking spaces.
Villa Monte Leon has a beautiful private swimming pool and barbecue area, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors and a beautiful landscape.

- Welcome and personal key handover until 8 p.m.
- A complete intermediate cleaning for 14 night bookings with change of bed linen and towels.
- Up to two cots and high chairs (on request) will be provided for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 1'000.00 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after the departure and inspection of damages.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30

Grosse Villa in ruhiger Lage auf dem Monte Leon mit Blick auf Maspalomas, das mit dem Auto ca 20 Minuten entfernt liegt. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, das Haus und der Garten sind uneinsehbar. Anfangs fanden wir die Größe für uns Beide etwas ungewöhnlich, dann hat es uns gefallen, so viel Platz zu haben. Der Pool war schön groß, das Sonnendeck ringsum mit tollem Ausblick in den benachbarten Barranco. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, es gab auch genügend Handtücher, Seife, Spülmittel und Putzmittel, das haben wir in Spanien schon anders erlebt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war modern, viele Einrichtungsgegenstände von Ikea bekannt. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Betreuung durch den örtlichen Anbieter. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen, auf WhatsApp Nachrichten sofort reagiert. Auch der Checkin funktionierte problemlos.Aber insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle nochmals buchen!
