- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A dog is accepted at a cost of 100EUR per stay.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 200EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50

It is the second time that we have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this bungalow. No great luxury, but everything you need for a few weeks of sun and good air. The bungalow is equipped with all the necessary comfort, and even small amenities have been thought of by the owners. A nice garden and a large swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. During our stay there was a water leak at night, but after we reported this to Villa Gran Canaria when we got up, the leak was repaired the same day. We will definitely come back next year!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le bungalow est simple mais nous n'avions pas besoin de plus vu la température. L'accueil à notre arrivée c'est très bien passé. Nous avons passé notre temps sur la terrasse ou à la piscine. Le BBQ serait à changer car très instable. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour passer de belles vacances. Merci à vous nous avons hâte de revenir.

Estancia perfecta en un entorno muy agradable. Fuimos al inicio de marzo. No hay mucha gente y el sitio estaba muy tranquilo sin ruido. En frente de la piscina. Hay un poco de terreno para desayunar/comer y cenar tranquilamente. Dimensión perfecta para una pareja. El colchón esta muy bien.

Hemos pasado unos días de descanso en el bungalow y tenemos que destacar la veracidad del anuncio, este se corresponde 100% con la realidad. Se trata de un complejo encantador con zonas comunes muy cuidadas y perfecto para ir con niños. El bungalow está muy bien equipado, no le falta detalle y el jardín, una maravilla.

MARAVILLOSO ***** Nos encantó el bungalow, pequeñito pero funcional, el jardín fantástico, acotado, a nuestra peque de un año le encantó :) El complejo está super bien cuidado, las piscinas limpias, una zona muy tranquila y céntrica. La empresa que lo gestiona, VillaGranCanaria, muy serios y profesionales, disponibles en todo momento. Sin duda volveremos!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Bungalow hat für 2 Personen eine optimale Größe, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der sonnige Garten sowie der Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Lage ist gut, rundherum gibts vereinzelt Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn man mehr Leben möchte, braucht man zu Fuß ca 30 Minuten ins Ortszentrum.<br/>
